Carbon Dioxide (Poem)

Carbon dioxide

I am there but you cannot see me
When lime water turns milky

Carbon dioxide ii

I am colourless
I am odourless
I have a higher density
Than air around me
My chemical reactivity
Is much inactivity
I do not
Support
Combustion
In any action
That’s how I was born

The Large-sized Business (Poem)

The large-sized business (you are not inferior)

You are not a junior
You are not just lesser
Like a utility company
That provides electricity
Or a large hotel group
Within the business loop
You are not as weak as water
You are not lower
Employing hundreds of people
You are not secondary
You are not subsidiary
Because you are highly structured
With a Managing Director
And a Board of Directors all over
They say all of your tasks
Are not second-class
With functions performed by various departments
You are as strong as a wall
You are not menial
With each department dealing with a particular function
You are not subordinate
You are just great
With each person in your department a specialist
You are not tawdry
You are not shoddy
You are not mediocre
Not always feeling poor
You are not indifferent
Cheapness you don’t represent

Air Pollutants (Poem)

Air pollutants

You pollute the air

That is everywhere

With your harmful substances

By natural sources

And human activities

Air pollutants ii

You are sulphur dioxide

You are oxides of nitrogen

You are carbon monoxide

You are lead compounds

And

Chloro-

Fluoro-

Carbons

The Medium Sized Business (Poem)

The medium-sized business

They say you are average
That is your stage
Intermediate
Just moderate
With 50 employees or more
Like a firm of solicitors
Such as a partnership
Where they share a business relationship
Where there are 2 or more solicitors
Who are the business owners
They share overall responsibility
Management, profits and every duty
In proportion to their individual share

Love Poem

MY STRENGTH

My strength,
My strength,
The coming of a new day
With brightness of a morning star
I am a sun to enlighten your world
The love of cupid in my hands
Show me your love and your care
Make me strong

My strength,
My strength,
The singing of a choir
From an orchestra chirruping strong
Chanting on to enlighten your life
Live in joy and not in sorrow
As the melody plays on
Make me strong

That strength,
That strength,
Oh, the might of Hercules
Give me your burden and be free
Share your love with me, on which I build
A birth of light for just you
Make me strong

Study Tips

Study Tips

It is best to go over the school work right after class when it's still brand new in your recollection.

Don't try to do all your reviewing the night before the test. Instead spread out your reviewing of class work at least a number of times a week.

Notes, textbooks, study guides and any other pertinent material should be your study material.

Discover a contented and quiet place to study with good lighting and little interruptions.

Begin by studying the most essential information.

Learn the broad concepts first, that is the main idea.

Take notes and write down a summary of the vital ideas as you go through your study material.

Take short breaks regularly.

Spread out your reviewing, you'll discover more by studying a little every day instead of waiting to force all at the last minute.

Comprehend the material well, don't just read through the material and try to memorize everything.

Study in a group if necessary.

You can use the review questions at the end of each chapter or practice tests. Assess yourself or have someone assess you on the material.

Listening to relaxing music can calm you down.

Try to get enough sleep.

Air (Poem)

air

Air supports life
Like a husband supporting a wife
It allows fire to burn
On its own
It keeps our Earth from getting
Too hot or too cold within
It causes changes in
The weather we are experiencing

Air is a mixture

Its composition
Varies from place to place and
Time to time

Its constituents can be
Separated easily
By fractional distillation

No chemical reaction
Takes place when air is formed
By mixing
Its constituent
Gases

It has the properties
Of its constituent gases
